There's a private fenced area to the back of the apartment. Upstairs is a full bath and 2 bedrooms. The bedroom is a fair size but not large. Good storage above closet and a good sized closet.
I'm 21. Work during the week and will soon be working a second job as well. I'm pretty quiet, like to read and watch TV when I'm home so nothing too crazy. I'm neat. I have a small 4lb chihuahua who doesn't yap, very well behaved. The only parking available is street parking which is never a problem. It's a nice residential area across the street from an elementary school close to the 405 and 90 freeways.

| We (actually mostly me because I am responsible for the bills) have available a bedroom with private bathroom ($350/mo or $100/wk includes utilities, $100 deposit) Couples with one car can rent this bedroom for $600/per mo. It has 2 closets & a linen closet. If you would rather pay only $300/mo but share a bathroom that can be arranged. All bedrooms are newly furnished and with queen beds. The condos are not the greatest in the world but it is still a nice place to live. There is a fairly nice pool, tennis court, small workout room, and a picnic area. We are looking for a honest, fairly clean, non-smoking, non-illegal drug taking, very little or no drinking, non-loud, not a party animal, responsible roommate that has no pets except maybe a fish. (I like fish. Cats & dogs too but not here.) My roommate and I have our own lives to live so we seldom do things together unless it is to see a movie, eat out, or some small talk. I have kids (youngest is 15) but they live with my ex and I usually see them one evening a week on Fri. or Sat. I exercise weekly when I am not doing a lot of overtime. I am kind of quiet but I go out (date) once in a while. If you do not want to be attached to the hips with your roommates, so to speak, then maybe you'd like living here. We are normal folks, very seldom forgetting to take our medication on time (just kidding with you), live by the Golden Rule, and trying to make ends meet.
